Meet Our Founder
Lesley Gist is a mediator with a unique journey. She discovered mediation after false charges were filed against her by a school in 2004. Through mediation, she successfully appealed the school's actions and was reinstated.
Her faith and devotion to God led her to take a conflict resolution course, which accidentally led to her enrolling in a mediator's course for the courts. She completed the course with her mother and found that the courts were in dire need of mediators.
Lesley and her mother enrolled in another course and became mediators. Lesley's company
"Truly A Mediator" centers around providing efficient mediation virtually.

We have a well-defined mediation process that is designed to help our clients resolve their disputes in a fair and efficient manner.
Our process includes:

Mediation session: We will arrange a mediation session at a time and location convenient for all parties involved.
